Emirates flying cars will be built in 2025
These flying cars will operate entirely above the water and offer passengers a view of the two cities.
In a major move, US electric flying car company Archer is partnering with UAE-based aviation services operator Falcon Aviation to build vertical airports in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
The vertical points in the two cities will be connected using Archer's Midnight, a piloted, four-seater aircraft designed to make rapid tandem flights with minimal charging time between flights.
The first landing location of these flying machines will be the Falcon Heliport at Atlantis Palm in Dubai and the Marina Mall Helipad at the Abu Dhabi Corniche.
This will reduce 60-90 minute car commutes to 10-30 minute electric air taxi flights. This flight will be safe, quiet and cost-effective with ground transportation.
Dubai: The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has extended the Dubai Metro timing over the weekend to cope with the expected rush of passengers arriv
