ABU DHABI: The National Crisis Management Authority has stressed to be prepared for severe weather conditions, including heavy rain, flooding, and possible thunderstorms.
Residents are advised to avoid potentially risky outdoor activities due to high winds. Maintaining a safe distance from trees, billboards, and other potentially moving or dangling items is crucial. It can assist in avoiding property damage by closing all windows, doors, and other openings securely.
Avoid using mobile phones in public places to lower the chance of lightning-related mishaps.
