Users: Users are true people who have registered on the website and they are verified by their mobile phone number/email. It should be noted that the user is responsible for the correctness of the registration information, and Phil will not commit anything in this regard.
User account: A user account is a dashboard for users to exploit Phil services optimally.
Website traffic: A web traffic is a person who does not need to create an account to visit the site.
Buyer: A buyer is a visitor who needs to purchase, contact the business, and create an account after visiting the products, services, and discounts.
Business owners: A business owner is a true or legal person who registers and creates a user account to benefit from the services of Phil Media Group, according to terms and conditions set by the company.
The dedicated business page: A dedicated page for enterprises on Phil is like an online store. Business owners can post discount advertisements, explanations, films, and photos about their business and expose it to the public visitors.

Showcase: It’s the same as the advertisement that is on Phil's website to present the services or products.
Prohibited content: Prohibited content is defined as content that is against the public interest, public morals, public order, public and national security, Islamic ethics, or contrary to the applicable laws regulations, and procedures of the United Arab Emirates.

B) General Terms and Conditions:

In addition, the scripts, names, registered trademarks, and information of any service created for business owners are also owned by Phil. Therefore any use without obtaining written permission has the right to legal prosecution from international authorities for this company.
Any unconventional, unauthorized, and illegal use of the Phil by users that leads to damage, failure, loss, or change of information, disclosure of users’ personal information, and other possible losses and damages will also be prosecuted by the relevant international authorities.
Disputes arising from these Platform Terms (including non-contractual ones) will be subject to the United Arab Emirates exclusive jurisdiction courts. The terms and conditions will be governed and interpreted by the laws of the UAE.
Phil collection is governed by UAE laws and all users, including business owners and visitors/buyers must adhere to these laws.
If the business owner refuses or violates any of his legal obligations according to the Terms and Conditions or his contractual obligations, Phil Group can delete his user account or ads without prior warning. The business owner’s return to the Phil Site will be only possible with the Phil group's approval and re-authorization. Under these circumstances, the business owner waives the right to protest and claim damages.
Any action by the business owner that causes damage to the company and Phil collection. The company can block the business owner’s account at its discretion and take the necessary legal measures against that person.
The Phil Collection does not guarantee or take any responsibility for the compatibility of the list of goods and services displayed on the platform with what the business provides to users. Furthermore, it does not independently consider or verify such statements. In case of a discrepancy between the quality or authenticity of the goods or services, with the information and features provided, the user can register a complaint in the Violation Report Section on the site, which will be mutually announced after being checked and considered by Phil Group.

C) Membership Terms and Conditions:

By registering and creating a user account on Phil's site, the users accept that they have completely read all the current terms and conditions. Therefore any future complaints or problems will be invalid in this regard.
Any business has the right to create an account on Phil's site. Therefore, if more than one account is created, the Phil Collection has the authority to block them
Users' passwords must be kept confidential at all times and must not be shared or made available to anyone. The user is responsible for all activities carried out through his account. If the user has made his/her password available to others or has any doubts about it, s/ he should immediately inform the Phil Group regarding this issue.
The users cannot use their platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes, or to share any illegal defamatory, offensive, threatening, harmful, or obscene content or content that constitutes a crime, incurs civil liability, or violates any law or regulation. This is illegal and will be prosecuted.
The minimum age to create a user account on the site is 18 years. And the user is eligible for the contract according to the applicable laws.
If you use or access this platform as a representative of a person, you must prove that you are legally authorized to represent that person or entity.
The user is responsible for damages caused by a third party's misuse of the user's account, which may be realized directly or as a result of other people's claims, and Phil Group reserves the right to pursue it.

By registering a showcase, every business owner confirms that s/he owns that product or is authorized to provide the desired service, or s/he is a legal or contractual representative in selling the product or providing that service according to the legal system of the UAE. The business owner is obliged to respond personally to any lawsuits or claims from third parties or competent organizations related to the above matters and to inform the Phil Collection of the results of her/his actions.
The business owner confirms and acknowledges that she/he is familiar with the services, quality, and way of providing services by the Phil Group. Moreover, the Phil Group guarantees the provision of services merely with the quality that has been agreed on with the business owner.
The business owner is committed to complying with the quantity of their goods and services and assuming all responsibilities related to quality, price, content, and conditions.
Business owners are obliged to respond adequately to the customer according to their business customs, professional rules, and the law on the protection of customers’ rights.
The business owner is in charge of responding to any complaint or claim regarding the authenticity, quality, quantity, price, and conditions of the business owner's goods or services. Phil Group is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of the statements made in its user account. However, Phil Group will take action at its discretion to remove cases that will cause legal restrictions or prohibitions.
It is forbidden to post and upload any content that violates the general laws of the UAE. Phil Group can remove the content that is deemed to be a sample of the above without prior notice. Therefore no claim against Phil Group will be accepted by you.

D) Showcase’s Terms and Conditions:

The business owner is responsible for ensuring all the following items are met, and Phil Group has no obligation to provide review services.

Creating a showcase on Phil requires taking into account the terms and Conditions that must be followed by users. If a business violates one of the following laws or does not comply with the conditions and rules of registering a showcase on "Phil" or a list of unauthorized goods and activities have been registered, that showcase will be removed immediately or will not be published. By reading and following these rules, you can prevent the removal of your showcase.

The information that you should know before creating a showcase:

Business owners must provide the related legal license to advertise their products and services to Phil Collection.
All the showcases that you place on your dedicated page will be posted on the site after the final review and approval of the Phil website admin.
The validity period of the showcase is one month from the publication date on the website. If it is not extended, the showcase will expire and be removed from the website.
After registering and creating the showcase, you can edit the information and update it. Note that the number of edits and updates is limited and there will be one edit or update credit for each showcase.
After editing the showcase, it will again be waiting for the admin's review and will be placed on the site after approval.
Updating the showcase does not require admin approval. After updating, it will be placed at the top row of the showcase list, until a new showcase is placed in that category on the site. If the Terms and Conditions of registering a showcase on Phil are not met, the changes will not be approved and your showcase will be removed.
Notice that editing and updating the showcase will not lead to the start of the validity date of the showcase.
If your showcase is reported by the legal authorities of the UAE or a large number of users for reasons such as inappropriate content, duplicates, etc., it will be immediately removed from "Phil".
All showcases should include detailed descriptions and information. Moreover, the image of the product or service should be selected to provide maximum information to the buyer. Furthermore, it should be uploaded according to the sample image on Phil's site.
False advertising and presentation of misleading information about the services provided by business owners are prohibited on this site if it causes deception or mistakes for users and visitors.
If you register several similar showcases at the same time, your ad (showcase) will be rejected by Phil to prevent creating duplicate showcases.
Phil users can report problems with the showcases. When your showcase is reported by a user, after checking, your showcase will be removed from Phil if the reported problem is confirmed.

Creating a showcase by redirecting links to other websites.
Adding phone numbers in the titles of the showcases.
Inserting several services/goods in a showcase.
Duplicate or inappropriate showcase content.
Wrong address or map.
Problems with showcase owners and other enterprises.
Vague and insufficient information and inappropriate writing.
Using unrelated information to the service or product.
Depravity or any other services of this nature or posting any other offensive content or the content that shows sexual acts or the image of human genitals in a way or violates any laws and regulations that are related to the display or image of women or children and the contemporary moral standards and decency in Arab society.
“Antiques” and “art treasures” are not permitted to be sold or traded under any applicable law.
Information or content that is defamatory, threatening, or offensive.
False and misleading information about the nature and use of goods or services.
False, deceptive, or misleading content or showcase for defrauding users.
Counterfeit, illegal, stolen goods, or unauthorized illegal services (services that you are not allowed to perform in the UAE.)
Materials, goods, and services that do not follow the intellectual property rights, public rights, or moral rights of third parties or attempt and intend to violate any individual's right to privacy.
Hazardous chemicals.
Your content should not contain violent matters against humans or animals. In addition, it shouldn’t incite hatred, or lead to humiliate or slander a person.
Fireworks, destructive devices, and explosives, including any materials that cause the construction of fireworks, detonators, and explosive devices.
Posting contents containing personal identification documents, personal financial records, and personal information (in any form).
Weapons and related objects (such as firearms, firearm parts, magazines, ammunition, tear gas, Tasers, or folding knives).
Spam, abusive and repetitive posts, scam lists, and schemes (e.g. "get rich fast" and "work at home" that are only intended to deceive users).
Illegal products such as narcotics, psychoactive drugs, stimulants of any kind, illegal drugs, painkillers, or therapeutics.
Creating showcases for nutritional supplements, weight loss supplements, and cosmetics is possible to be posted if local approval and business licenses are provided.

Content that insults, humiliates, or intimidates any person or group of people based on religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability.
Impersonate a person or entity, state or misrepresent an affiliation with a person or entity.

Rules about showcase images:

Avoid using inappropriate and unethical photos against social customs and norms.
Photos must be of high quality.
Images should not contain written information (such as phone number, email, etc.).
Avoid using a personal photo for your business page.
Avoid posting content containing misleading titles or images.
Selecting images in a way that is related to the content and provides maximum information to the user.
Avoid using downloaded images or images that are related to other showcases or screenshots. Generally, avoid posting photos that are not taken directly from the product or service.

After creating a showcase or before posting it on Phil's website, your showcase will be checked by the admin, and if you do not comply with the showcase registration conditions or enter incomplete information, your showcase will be rejected completely, or due to the need for being edited. You will be notified if your showcase is rejected due to the need for modifying and editing. You will be also informed about the parts that are required to be edited. Phil reserves the right to remove any showcase that it deems inappropriate or prohibited from the site.

Any Phil users can report problems in the showcases. If your showcase is reported by users or legal authorities, after being checked by our experts, if the violation is approved, your showcase will be removed from Phil. Reading this section will help you create your showcase correctly and prevent it from being deleted.

By creating a showcase on Phil's website and using our facilities and services, you accept that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by all of Phil's terms and conditions.

If you do not comply with any of the above, your showcase will be rejected or deleted before being posted on Phil's website.

E) Terms and Conditions of Discounts:

All the discounts that the business owner creates are visible on their site and their dedicated page after being approved by the experts of Phil Collection.
The validity period of the discount lasts one month from the date of its publication on the site. As a result, after the end of its validity date, it will expire and will be removed from Phil's website and business page.
Consider that the duration of using each coupon is limited and has a specific validity period. After the expiration of their validity period, they are invalid and cannot be used.
After purchasing the discount and payment, even if this was done accidentally, inadvertently, or for any other reason, the coupon and discount code cannot be returned in any way.
Each discount coupon/discount code is usable only for one person and one discount.
Fake discounts and false presentations are prohibited on this site if they lead to customers’ deception or mistakes.
Ensure compliance with all the above matters lies with the buyer and the discount provider, and Phil Collection has no obligation to provide the service and review it. However, Phil Collection reserves the right to remove discounts that do not meet the above conditions.
